The Echinacea 'Kim's Knee High' is a darling little coneflower that we tuck inot small spaces through out our perennial gardens. Kim's Knee High was the first dwarf variety ever developed and is in our opinion still one of the very best. Plants are very free flowering providing tons of 3 1/2 inch rose-pink blooms on top of very compact 18 - 24 inch plants.
