CREDIT CARDS:
All orders are placed over a secure network of servers for your protection and our's. Cards are not automatically charged after checkout however you may notice a "pending transaction" message on your card statement. Credit cards are normally charges a few days after you place you order just to make sure that you do not need to alter your order details. By placing your order in  advance it allows us to make commitments to our growers and to help plan our own greenhouse inventory. Because you are ordering from a limited live inventory we do charge your card before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard and mail in orders can pay with either check or money order.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your new plants. If for any reason you are not satisfied notify us within 10 days of recieving your order ane we will gladly refund or replace the plants. If you prefer a refund we do ask that you return the plants regardless of their condition. DO NOT discard plants as this may result in voiding the refund. Please contact us for either a refund or plant replacements at sales@coneflowers.net

Shipping Schedule:
Due to our weather we can not begin shipping until the second week of April. As you go through the checkout process you will be prompted for your desired shipping date. We will make every effort to ensure that your plants are shipped on Monday or Tuesday so that the plants do not risk sitting in a hot truck over the weekend. See the shipping schedule below for out available ship dates:

Plant Sizes: "Plantable Pots"

Our coneflower plants are grown and shipped in 65mm Ellepots™ which are basically the equivilant of a 4 inch pot. The Ellepot is a bio-degradable paper pot that can be planted directly into the ground which prevents transplant shock and root damage.
